Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in as-new condition without any signs of wear, damage, marks, stains, or modifications. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged per returned item. This fee is used to cover delivery, handling and administrative costs. Additional delivery fees will apply to bulky items or circumstances whereby additional manpower is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on promotional sale items, pre-order & bespoke items.
Refunds
All refunds will be given in the form of store credits.
