We offer complimentary local delivery for all orders above $500.
Local delivery will be fufilled within 5 to 7 working days. Upon checkout, our team will get in touch with you on the same day to schedule a specific delivery date and time.
For delivery locations that are not lift accessible, please check with us for the carry-up fees.
For rescheduling of delivery, please inform us 1 working day prior to the delivery date. Rescheduling on the day of delivery will be rejected.
If you do not require immediate delivery, we provide complimentary storage of the items up to 3 months. For storage longer than 3 months, there will be a fee of $35 per month per item.
Disposal services can be requested prior to the delivery date. Disposal charges vary according to size and weight of item, please check with us for more information.
For failed deliveries due to no show, incorrect delivery address or due to condominium delivery restrictions, a fee of $60 will be charged.
For clearance and sale items, delivery fee will be applicable.
Please check all your items and inform the delivery team of any defects upon delivery before signing the delivery order. Golden Teak will not be liable for any damages found thereafter.
